Staff were affable.

I loved this hotel, its clean and functional. Had good sleep at the king room. The luxury bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and towels.

The outstanding service and the attention to detail!

Location to Metro stop and my appointments.

Dumpy rooms, dated, tired look Musty smell, noisy air conditioning that had no adjustments except on/off, all foreign-born employees, some with limited communication skills.

.. the rooms are spacious and well equipped. Unfortunately, very, very badly soundproofed. Location is good a subway station is within 5 minutes walking distance. 3 stations to the center .. IMPORTANT NO WIFI ( in every pub even in the churches you have free network in this country

staff is partly completely disinterested we had a defective coffee machine. i reported this once early at the reception. one day later again. two different people explained to me, our problem will be solved immediately. i handed the machine over to the reception in the afternoon. after about one hour someone from the housekeeping reported and brought a new machine. Cleanliness, rather somewhere else not at hilton. in our bed there were long hairs that definitely did not belong to us. My deodorant spray was no longer in the toilet bag but next to it again a day later and had become suspiciously lighter.

For 170€/night you also expect the room you have booked. As an answer why we got two single beds instead of a booked king we had to listen to a "we are fully booked" - only after I asked for a discount the parking costs were waived. We did not hear an apology. When we wanted to have breakfast the next morning (which was included in the price) we first had to clarify at the reception that it is included in the room price and we don't pay $16+ per person. We also experienced the breakfast buffet much better - very annoying - especially the room history - if you pay so much we expect different service and comfort! Ps. Wlan for a fee - without words!

all the staff is really friendly. The rooms are very comfortable, and the hotel is very close to de JFK Metro Station -red line. I were in a Medical Meeting and the hotel has a shuttle bus service to de down town, Boston Convention Center, and to Logan airport.I really recommend this Hotel.

there was just one elvator working, so the acces to the room sometimes was slowly.

I have stayed in king room with 2 queen beds and good facilities, for example for 1 night. The decor was comfortable and the staff were accommodating.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with a clean and quiet atmosphere, easy arrangements for the complimentary shuttle to the airport made our stay enjoyable.

Limited dining options.

Very good location. The connection with the metro (the T) with Boston main attractions is just convenient. The shuttle service from the hotel and to downtown and the train station is just great (don't forget to book it in advance - it fills up quickly)

The room was nice and neat were nice, while the complimentary cookies added a nice touch. The hotel's location proved inconvenient, as the nearest food options were scarce and the shuttle service posed challenges, leading to an Uber ride instead. The thin walls allowed for noise from neighboring rooms, detracting from the overall experience.

Quite easy access to airport, but no noise. Easy to get downtown by subway. Great place to stay before an early am flight.

Came here for 2 nights with my toddler, had a REAL GOOD stay. The food was good - a great selection of options. Convenient and perfect location, it was close enough to restaurants in South Boston and the outskirts of downtown Boston. Besides, the property was 2 km away from a high school.

The room was clean, but there was a dried washcloth left in the bathroom.

We stayed because it has a free shuttle to the airport, it had a budget price and we stayed for less than 10 hours just to catch the 5:00 am. shuttle to Logan.

We stayed at room 326, check it out. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The furniture needs to be replaced or at least painted. Very uncomfortable just to look at. At least the bed sheets were clean as the towels and bathtub curtain, but the bathtup needed a good cleaning with clorox...disgusting.... and the carpet needed a vacuum. Does a room who is on "special rate" mean you have to expect that?
